What’s the goal of this experiment?
To see whether using my Grounding Emergency Checklist can help me return to a place of being grounded and living with ease.
Why am I trying this?
The past few months have been a lot. I burned out hard at work, and now, in this in-between space of unemployment and uncertainty, I’ve been feeling a bit untethered. I want to reconnect with myself and rebuild a sense of calm, joy, and inner stability. Ultimately, I want to feel energized and excited again—to have the clarity and drive to move toward my dreams.
What will this experiment look like?

For 7–10 days, I’ll consistently choose one practice from the Grounding Emergency Checklist to implement and document my experience.

At the end of the period, I’ll reflect and either:

Continue with the same practice if it’s helping, and possibly add a new one

Pause or adapt it if I need more time to integrate it

Let it go if it’s doing more harm than good

I’ll repeat this process until I feel like I’ve returned to a more solid, joyful baseline.
