What’s the goal of this experiment?

To see whether using my Grounding Emergency Checklist can help me return to a place of being grounded and living with ease.

Why am I trying this?

The past few months have been a lot. I burned out hard at work, and now, in this in-between space of unemployment and uncertainty, I’ve been feeling a bit untethered. I want to reconnect with myself and rebuild a sense of calm, joy, and inner stability. Ultimately, I want to feel energized and excited again—to have the clarity and drive to move toward my dreams.

What will this experiment look like?

  • For 7–10 days, I’ll consistently choose one practice from the Grounding Emergency Checklist to implement and document my experience.

  • At the end of the period, I’ll reflect and either:

    • Continue with the same practice if it’s helping, and possibly add a new one

    • Pause or adapt it if I need more time to integrate it

    • Let it go if it’s doing more harm than good

  • I’ll repeat this process until I feel like I’ve returned to a more solid, joyful baseline.
